Addon can't be updated to newer version, though the self-signed certificate was manually approved before addon installation.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://downloads.cyclone3.org/C3XULadmin_3539.xpi
2. approve certificate
3. try to update addon in "Add-ons" wizard.
Actual Results:

This add-on isn't on AMO and the bug report makes no mention of AMO - moving to extension manager.
