Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Encrypt the download destination folder with Windows EFS 2. Download any file from the internet 3. Open the download folder in Explorer Actual Results: The file downloaded will appear black (unencrypted). Expected Results: The file downloaded should be green (encrypted). If you cancel the download midway, and restart it, the file will be encrypted.
