When a message is attempted to be streamed from a server that Thunderbird can't connect to, using nsIMsgMessageService.streamMessage, a "Could not connect" dialog appears. This happens even when the msgWindow passed in to streamMessage is null.
Marked as blocking bug 430614, as right now this presents a fairly annoying UX to users with servers they can't connect to.

No idea what this is about (indexing/searching messages with vista or other win versions?). Anyhow, the potentially blocking bug is now closed so I think this should be closed too, unless there are really complaints in real world about this in other bugs (i.e., dupes). Also, I would think any indexing app that is making tb calls would skip folders that don't have offline store so that a tcp connection to the imap server over network would not be needed. If no offline store, just index the headers found in database.
