The progressmeter is loading, even when the page is finished. There is text "Done" in the statusbar, the throbber is not spinning and the stop button is not active.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://neowin.net
2. While the page is loading open Options window from Tools menu
Actual Results:  
When the page is loaded the progressmeter is still loading when there is opened modal window.

so possibly caused by Bug 391777.
