When I open pdf file in FF, document is download once, but! When I save file on my local disk, pdf document is downloaded one more time! Why? IE use cache and don't download file again. I have a mobile Internet, and I have transfer limit...
Two. When Firefox restore session on start up, FF display file save dialog, when we downloaded any file with in previous session....
Reproducible: Always

Reproduce error:
Type any url contain file location, pdf, doc, anything.
After, save file, selecting "Zapisz stronę jako" (in polish :P)) or "Save target as..." (for english?). This option available in File menu.

We have steps to reproduce because we need this information, that includes an example URL and not "any url". The server headers for the pdf and save link target as instead of a normal download can be the key in this case.
