As expected, the offline spec changed online whitelist/bypass entries to be a prefix match. This should just be a matter of removing the XXX'ed block in nsOfflineCacheDevice::GetMatchingNamespace().

This is just a small change in the code. The whole patch consist of a new test for whitelisting.

Just a test changed to open a new top window instead of using iframe. Not required iframe scope patch to land this.
