Open Most visited menu Actual Results: After a couple of seconds the selected entry is duplicated in the list Expected Results: unchanged entries in list A few more seconds later the menu sorts itself out - presumably after database sync. [On a clean profile the 2nd entry stays around longer]

I haven't been using the nightlies over the holiday period, but this is now fixed; Looking at the patches, it must surely be by the second changes in bug 466407 (attachment 354892 [details] [diff] [review]).
