You may notice that we have margin settings in both dialogs in Gtk+, this at least needs to be resolved (I suspect it means I have to take out the cool little margin setting widgets from the Gtk+ print dialog Also, the print setup dialog doesn't seem to being layed out right (notice the margins are clipped on the right; same problem exists on Windows too). This may work itself out as the cross platform UI takes shape.

I've got some patches still to add, before Friday, I promise. Then Don has some things to do to get the top margin to display right.
