If multiple tabs are open, and the Download manager is open too, closing the browser window (accepting the request to restore your session at next start) and at last closing the download manager, makes firefox forget to save the tabs
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start firefox and open two tabs
2. open Download Manager dialog
3. close firefox, accepting to restore your session next time
4. close Download Manager dialog
5. start firefox again
6. no tabs are displayed <- incorrect behaviour
Expected Results:
I'd expect the saved tabs to show up

Are you sure you read that dialog correctly? Firefox shouldn't even suggest to save your session...
