So Firefox can't resume downloads. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.start Firefox 2.open Tools - Options - Privacy 3.disable/unselect history option("Keep my history for at least x days") 4.click OK 5.exit Firefox 6.start Firefox 7.load http://www.mozilla.com/products/download.html?product=firefox-3.0.3&os=win&lang=en-US 8.click "Save File" 9.open the Downloads manager(Ctrl+J) 10.click Pause button beside the file entry 11.exit Firefox 12.start Firefox 13.open the Downloads manager Actual Results: no file entry in the Downloads manager and downloads can not be resumed.
