I'm not sure how this happened but suddenly the video on http://www.rumblingedge.com/2008/11/09/mark-surman-interview-in-sept-08/
started to play even if the page wasn't loaded.
I bet the problem happened because either Firefox or Thunderbird updated
planet.mozilla.org feed and that contained <video autoplay>.

Just to confirm, you have planet mozilla added as a feed? Can you go into detail exactly how planet mozilla is loaded in your setup?

Ok, it is happening because of Thunderbird.
I have added planet.mozilla.org feed there and if I reload it, the video
starts automatically (well, I can't see anything just hear). It plays for few
seconds and then stops.
