We're in the process of translating abour:rights, it's monitored in this bug: http://bugs.aviary.pl/show_bug.cgi?id=1981 As of now, we have a complete draft of the translation, waiting for reviews from other team members. It might be nice to have it reviewed by someone who is a sworn translator or at least has some experience in legal documents translation.

Just give me a link to the files in the URL field? There's likely some catch-up work to do, as the entities from security.dtd changed. I'll probably silme those up, once we know what's up.
