Dragging a message into a folder causes a little line between the folder in
question and one of it's neighbors to be drawn, as though the message were going
to be dropped in to the folder's parent as of the folder's siblings.  This seems
confusing.  Shouldn't it really highlight the folder itself?

the bug is that the color it is hilighting the folder is the same as the mailnews 
folder pane bg color (why isn't it just white?!). that bug already exists, and 
this is a dupe.
