User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; pl; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; pl; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4 When I dowload file by standard download manager to windows desktop location it simply doesn't inherit security options which are set on this folder. It is problem becouse then I can't download it to my other computers by LAN network unless I change manually this file's security permissions. For example when I will download this file by DownThemAll plugin (or IE dowload manager) it inherits all security permissions and there is no problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Share Windows Desktop folder to LAN network. 2. Set more security permissions on desktop folder (i.e. add permission to Guest) 3. Download file (i.e. *.torrent file) to desktop. 4. Check its security options. It will be different than desktop security permissions. 5. Try to download this file from desktop to another computer by LAN network. Actual Results: I can't download by LAN this, downloaded by FF download manager, file. It didn't have some of accesibility/security permissions set on desktop folder. Expected Results: It should write file on desktop with all security rules set on desktop folder. Downloaded file should inherit this rules. I tried it on 4 computers. Three with Windows XP Pro SP2/SP3 and one with Windows XP Home SP2.
