Bug 462254 removed the EULA from the Firefox OS X .dmg. This landed for Firefox 3.1, and was also backported to Firefox 3.0.5. When downloading Firefox from mozilla.com, we display a page of install instructions. Step 2 says "... Then be sure to accept the terms in the license agreement." There isn't a license agreement anymore, so this text should be removed. The download page for the Windows installer doesn't mention the EULA, so its fine as-is.

John and/or David: Is this something you want to fix prior to releasing Firefox 3.0.5? My gut says yes.
Yep, this is something we'll want to fix -- good catch.
a=jslater Let's do it...good catch justin!
Fixed in r20861. It'll get pushed live tomorrow with the rest of the 2.0.0.19 and 3.0.5 pages.
