Bug 462254 removed the EULA from the Firefox OS X .dmg. This landed for Firefox 3.1, and was also backported to Firefox 3.0.5.
When downloading Firefox from mozilla.com, we display a page of install instructions. Step 2 says "... Then be sure to accept the terms in the license agreement." There isn't a license agreement anymore, so this text should be removed.
The download page for the Windows installer doesn't mention the EULA, so its fine as-is.

John and/or David: Is this something you want to fix prior to releasing Firefox 3.0.5? My gut says yes.

Fixed in r20861.
It'll get pushed live tomorrow with the rest of the 2.0.0.19 and 3.0.5 pages.
