the toolkit/content/tests/widgets directory in mochitest have a lot of different type of widget tests.  Most of these are all .xul files.  There are a lot test which test the popup attribute in xul which don't work inside of fennec.  If fennec does not support this, we need to document this and find a solution for the mochitests to ignore these specific tests when building for fennec.
