Right clicking and dragging the cursor out of the area in a new window produces an abnormally long context menu.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new Window.
2. Hold Right Click and drag the cursor out of the content area.
3. Release Right Click.
Actual Results:
A Context Menu with every context option is displayed.
Expected Results:
The correct context menu for the particular area should have been displayed.
This error also produces a console entry.

Right Clicking into the the content area without dragging the cursor out of the area produces the menu as normal.
This was verified in a clean profile.

Dup of bug 425575? If so it has been around since the development of 3.0.x

It does seem to be the same as that bug. Though the method to reproduce is slightly different.
