Lack of line wrapping when "Editing As New" makes this feature a nuisance to use.

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.16) Gecko/20080702 Firefox/2.0.0.16 Build Identifier: 2.0.0.9 (20071031) When an existing message that was already sent is opened using EDIT AS NEW, the newly entered text never wraps. The entered text appears as a single line which continues indefinitely, causing the window to scroll. It cannot be rewrapped manually using the REWRAP tool option and is unaffected by the WIDTH setting. The only way to prevent this is to enter manual line breaks using ENTER. How crude!? This lack of wrapping makes entering anything consisting of more than a few words or very short paragraph tedious and prone to errors. I have taken to composing my additions in NOTEPAD and then pasting them in. Kludge though it is, it's better than the way Thunderbird currently works! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open an existing message in SENT folder or moved from SENT to any other folder using EDIT AS NEW. 2. Attempt to add significant amounts of text. 3. Observe what happens. Actual Results: Nothing more need be said. Expected Results: Nothing more need be said. I have T-B configured to use the HTML editor. Most of my messages are sent in PT mode so when reopened, they are PT. I have not tried to re-edit an HTML or Rich Text message nor tried changing the default editing mode to PT to see whether that affects how re-editing behaves.
It's fixed for tb3.
