www.usatoday.com takes 45 seconds or so to load on my win95 (P133) machine using 4/7 build. During the first 44 seconds or so there is little feedback, except for the little candy cane that indicates a page is being loaded. No part of the page loads before this time, and you can't access any part of the browser until the page fully loads. I don't know if this is a netlib problem or a threading problem or what but I decided to file a bug and see what people had to say about it, because from a usability standpoint it appears as if the browser is completely frozen. If this is all covered by the netlib re-write then just say so and I'll shutup.
