Similar to bug 465186 (Mac OS X), but on Windows XP.
I have two heads, I run Firefox primarily on #1. Sometimes I want to keep working while watching a video on #2. If I drag the tab out into #2, then it opens a new full-screen window on #1.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox (full-screen) on first head
2. Drag tab to second head
Actual Results:
Window opens full-screen on first head
Expected Results:
Window opens full-screen on second head

We could also mark bug 465186 as applying to all platforms (and there is nothing special about the second monitor WRT the position of the window).
