sounds like an indexing issue... reed's played with this more than I have recently, he may have an idea what's getting confused. Either the index isn't resetting like it should or we're using an improper pull command that isn't removing things that are no longer in the tree or something

It's because of how comm-central is pulling things from CVS... not sure that there's anything you can do besides file a bug to get it removed. Anyway, it's gone.
