I accidentally regressed bug 373701 in the fix for bug 89419. If we could write a mochitest sjs that sent JPEG data out as multipart/x-replace for several seconds, and then at the same time navigate away from that and then back in the mochitest, it would be possible to see if it's broken. Unfortunately, this isn't possible until bug 393226 is fixed.

the dependency here looks like it's fixed on trunk, so this bug can proceed. I'll look into it if it's still around when I'm looking to test multipart/x-replace for decode-on-draw.

We should also include something to test bug 575377
