Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set preferences to ask when HTML mail is sent
2. Compose some HTML mail
3. Try to send it
Actual Results: A very wide window appears.
Expected Results: A window a third of the width but slightly taller.
The window's position is (264, 96)-(1030, 272) which isn't very clever on an
800x600 display (or even on a 1024 by 768 display).
