Loading http://www.sparkbangbuzz.com/els/al-sh-8b.wav plays fine, but the scrubber thumb doesn't move. The controls are not getting any timeupdate events.. (The .wav is from http://home.earthlink.net/~lenyr/alsounds.htm, if you're wondering what the odd sound is :)

I've implemented timeupdate events for the Wave decoder in my most recent patch for bug 469266.
Depends on: 469266
OS: Mac OS X → All
Hardware: x86 → All
Should be fixed by 469266. But that checkin didn't have tests, so do we need a test here?
