While the file menu (and other menus) properly open when you press the meta key (alt, in this case ;)), pressing alt+spacebar does not bring out the window menu. For an example of how this works, just press alt+spacebar in any Windows application. If this is an issue in Linux, it will be an issue in IceWM as that is the only Window Manager that also supports that shortcut to get to the Window menu. I will test and post a followup about that behaviour (which will likely be fine as the WM handles it, vs. the Win32 msg handler callback in Mozilla for Windows).
