Details

1.) Open the Windows file Manager to partial screen. 2.) Press Alt-spacebar, X. Note that the file manager fills the desktop. 3.) Open Mozilla to partial screen. 4.) Press Alt-spacebar. What is expected: A drop down windows menu in the upper left. What happens: Nothing.
