Build 2000-08-07-15M18: NT4, Mac 9.04, Linux 6.0 Overview: Remove the Tasks|Newsgroups menu item from Mail and other components (i.e. Stand Alone, New Message/Compose, Address Book, Browser, Composer). This issue was discussed in bug# 20988.

I'm verifying with 2000082008 win32talkback, the change was to a xul file all platforms use so I feel that it's ok to use one platform to verify (also while I was out west I used other platforms...)
