If we will turn GetNameInternal into name from native markup (basicly it is almost but some classes prefer to override GetName instead of GetNameInternal) then we could implement name computation algorithm in more elegant way. In the meantime when we calculate name from subtree we call GetName() which is not correct from point of view of name computation algorithm because we should get call get name from ARIA, native markup, values, subtree, tooltip.

In the meantime I don't know how heavy we break name computation rules therefore I file this bug as clean up bug.
