User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.6) Gecko/2009011913 Firefox/3.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.6) Gecko/2009011913 Firefox/3.0.6 The Awesome bar does not propose to right-click on one of it's entry to open the corresponding page into a new tab. Reproducible: Always I would find it intuitive to be able to right-click on an entry listed by the Awesome bar in order to open the corresponding page into a new tab. See point (4) : http://www.jroller.com/dmdevito/entry/some_simple_firefox_enhancements_i
Only the ability to open in a new tab if you right click it? How about a context menu like most other right click actions? I wrote up my ideas for this awhile ago at http://havvy.wordpress.com/2009/01/21/locationbar-results-context-menu-and-button-bar-firefox/ My thoughts include things that probably should not be standard, but that is where extensions come in. In any case, some sort of a context menu there would be useful.
FYI: You can middle-click or Ctrl+click an address bar suggestion to open it in a new tab (or Shift+click to open it in a new window).
