User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3) Gecko/20090305 Firefox/3.1b3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3) Gecko/20090305 Firefox/3.1b3 Multitouch gestures added to the 3.1 beta line for Mac OS X are do not appear to work in Page Source windows. For example 3-fingers up or down does not go to top or bottom of buffer. Nor does 3-finger left and right navigate history if links in source view are followed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load any page with many lines of source HTML (cnn.com) 2. View page source (command-U) 3. Try to perform 3-finger gestures - up/down to scroll to top/bottom - left/right to navigate forwards/backwards (after having clicked on link) Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: Same gesture behaviors (top/bottom/backwards/forwards) as in main browser window. Love the gestures - I've been using them since they were added. Would like to see consistent behavior on all browser windows (regular or source).
This bug is a duplicate of bug 465265, which has a patch.
