When minefield 20090310-present is open on secondary monitor on a dual monitor system all drop down menus including bookmarks... open at 0,0 (upper left corner) on the primary monitor

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open minefield on secondary monitor
2. menus will initially open in proper location
3. open/close tab
4. click bookmarks or other drop-down menu icon
Actual Results:  
menus will open on primary monitor, in my case secondary monitor is on the left, primary on the right, all drop down menus including bookmarks... open at 0,0 (upper left corner) on the primary monitor

Expected Results:  
menus should open on monitor minefield is located on

tested in normal and safe mode, x86 and x86_64, linked screen shot shows minefield in safe mode

minefield 20090309 appears to be the last build where menus are displayed properly

edit to above: menus do not open quite at 0,0 on primary monitor, as per linked
screen shot, menus open on upper left side of primary monitor slightly below
top of screen

above report submitted from windows 7 x86_64, bug also reproducible in Windows
Vista x86 with Minefield in normal and safe modes

Bug also reproducible in Windows XP in normal and safe modes.

Bug also concerns rightclick menu's, the urlbar, 'Search using' dropdown, previous/next dropdown, etc. The menus will open on the primary monitor with correct y-axis and x = 0.
