Using the following builds: Windows: 08_09_09_m18 Mac: 08_08_20_m18 Linux: 08_10_08_m18 Open the first attached testcase. There are two tables. Both tables have the attribute/value 'rules="groups"'. The first table has one THEAD row, one TBODY row, and one TFOOT row. The second table is identical except for one additional TBODY row. When a second TBODY row is added (second table), 'group' rules are not drawn continuously around the TBODY group (compare to IE which draws continuous lines around TBODY). This is the bug. However, there is another odd thing. Open the second attached testcase. This is identical to the first testcase except that there is text above the two tables. When 'text' is present in the document, the first table will have the same problem as the second with 'group' rules. In the first testcase, only the second table exhibits this problem. I'm not sure whether there are multiple problems here. Also, I've written this bug up separate from #24113 (regarding 'group' rules) as that bug is specific to this problem.
