I am using Windows 200 Pro and this occurs every time I connect
Firefox 2 and ie6 functions ok
FireFox 3.0x in Linux also appears to be ok.

Note that the html page is rendered using Turbogears.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. logging onto www.biztel.com.au
2.

Actual Results:  
Selected frame is displayed in a new tab.

Expected Results:

this is a known issue.
