The only way for show the menu is minimized the application and maximized again. Its many problems in the full screen mode. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.F11 2.Windows key 3.F11 Actual Results: Menu is not visible and the task bar region is unused. Expected Results: That full screen mode work fine.

Correction: The mozilla title bar is not visible never more (not the menu). In actual results: Title bar is not visible and the task bar region is unused --> is the right.

I think part of what you are seeing is by design by implementation of bug 240859 - Full Screen Navigation Bar Should Have Auto Hide And perhaps part of what you see is what whimboo describes in Bug 428981. But I dont understand all of your description. Please see bug 240859.

Resolving as incomplete as the bug reporter has not commented after a suggestion was provided in comment 5. Plus, I and it seems like others in this bug can't figure out what is trying to be described. Please reopen if you can reproduce with the latest Firefox in safe mode and can give clearer steps to reproduce.
