User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4pre) Gecko/20090410 Shiretoko/3.5b4pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4pre) Gecko/20090410 Shiretoko/3.5b4pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Beginning with 20090409 nightly build, when opening Shiretoko on the 2nd screen of a dual monitor system, the context menus and main menu options will appear on the far right of the primary screen. The affect occurs after closing an active tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Shiretoko build 20090409 or 20040410 and place it on the 2nd screen of a dual monitor Windows XP SP3 system. Notice that menus display fine right now.
2.Open a new tab and browse to any site. Close this tab.
3.Notice that menus now appear on the right side of the 1st screen
