Notice, looks like there has been a  a variation in the results, from 7-1 we now get 6-2...

Not sure if it's worth filing a new bug since the test is the same and error is pretty much the same.

It's not worth a new bug: the first 6-2 is only a few days after we started taking over this bug, and after 300 failures nobody has even looked at the test enough to say whether it's DOM or jseng or what being tested.
From a quick glance, it looks like what's happening is that the test does a 1/2 second morph (I guess that's a scriptaculous API) and expects it to have completed by the time a 1 second timeout completes.  We've found this sort of test to be quite unreliable in the past, especially on VMs.

We could probably drastically reduce the error rate by increasing the timeout, or we could just remove the test.
Though it's not clear to me why only one test would fail if that were the problem.
Tempting though removal is, we should probably try 2000, see if it drops it down to ignorable frequency.
