This issue happened to me when I was watching a 2 hour show at http://www.hulu.com/
But I feel VIDEO/AUDIO control in Firefox will also have the same problem.
Issue,
for a long video it is very difficult to drag the slide controller to place it at an exact position user want.
It will be off by few minutes,
this is very annoying if we want to replay a sentence actor just told.
I know what is the "time/duration" where I want to go/move the video,
but now way to enter it.
On VIDEO tag for url
http://www.double.co.nz/video_test/interview.ogg
I can go only at a step of app. 15 sec.
And I feel for an average user it will be much higher
So I propose a context menu item with sub menu like
"Skip " >
-30 minutes
-20 minutes
-10 minutes
-5 minutes
-2 minutes
-1 minutes
-30 seconds
-20 seconds

Giant submenus like this make for terrible UI. Not going to do this.
