Bug #470639 - skip video frames to ensure smooth audio got fixed.
Now on a very slow pc for some video firefox will fail to display video at all.
So we may need to make a maximum setting till video skips.
Say 1 sec, 2 sec, or 3 sec.
we may choose also to show only KeyFrames.

Biju, please let me know if this bug persists with a build containing the patch from bug 494116.

my CPU cranks at 100%, still the audio is OK and video is good enough
