See bug 42072.

We need a way to delete the My Netscape and Net2Phone buttons that have been 
added to the beginning of the personal toolbar.

Ideally, we would be able to view these items from within the personal toolbar 
folder (bug 42072) and delete them there.  However, may not have time to do that 
for ship, so this bug suggests we jsut make it possible to delete these buttons 
(probably by exposing them in prefs).

nsbeta3 nominee.  The old bug 42072 was nsbeta3+, this is a simpler version of 
that old bug.  This might also be a dupe.

cc'ing vera for advice on the test to go with this in the pref.

P5, very low priority, although personally, I would very much like to have this.
 I think we should fix this via a hidden pref if that is any easier.

Oh well.  I saw it was a P1, and so I have it fixed on my machine now. :)
