It has been at least 3 years since Safari announced support for CSS3's multiple backgrounds and still to this day, not even Firefox 3.5pre has support for it.

Actual Results:
You get a red box with no border and no rounded corners with text in it.
Expected Results:
A red box with an orange border and rounded corners with text in it.
