I have no idea what component this should be in.
A CompositeDataSourceImpl is allocated in nsMsgServiceProviderService::Init()
that is subsequently leaked. I brought up mail/news for the first time on that
box, ran through the registration thing for a mail account. didn't check it or
anything. I clicked on the templates folder. I closed mail.

moving to future milestone. I don't think this happens often. If it does, then
we should nominate for beta3.

Does this still happen? This is an ancient bug.
I haven't seen this in Purify, does anybody know if it happens with Boehm GC or
something?
