Details

We depend on the news server returning a size for us to set the content length of the URL correctly. Bug 458159 comment 20 has some ideas on how to fix this.
Flags: in-testsuite?
XOVER should be returning the size of the message in bytes--which RFC 3977 states should be (essentially) the size of the message on disk...
