Importing addresses from Outlook 98 Contacts seems to import all fields except
the email address!?!

Steps to reproduce:

1) Bring up the address book.
2) Choose the File/Import... menu.
3) Pick "Address Books" and "Outlook"
4) Hit OK

Results:

A new address book named "Contacts" that is populated with all fields from
Contacts in Outlook except the email address field.

Expected Result:

I would expect the email address to be imported as well.

I tried this with Mozilla 2000082104 on NT4 with Outlook 98.

Upgraded to Outlook 2000.  Still imports everything except the email address.
Mozilla 101820 on NT4.

This happens for me as well (on a nightly build from 7-NOV-2000) - all Contacts 
seemed to be imported fine, but no e-mail addresses.

All other fields (which have a counterpart) seem to be moving over fine.

This is on Windows NT, Outlook 98 client, Exchange server

Another problem: although the mozilla UI says "Import" -> "Address Books", it 
seems to only be importing information from the "Contacts" part of Outlook.  
There is also such a thing as a Personal Address Book ("*.pab" file) in 
Outlook. (I believe Contacts are stored in the "*.pst" or what have you.)  
Nevertheless, neither email addresses from the Contacts nor email addresses 
from my Address Book were imported by the utility.

This bug should have a platform of "All" and OS of "All".  Users may want to 
import addresses when running on non-PC platforms or non-WinNT OSs.

Mozilla 8.1 on Windows 2000 with Outlook 2000 shows the same behavior.  All
email addresses are missing.
