If you run a Mozmill test via the menu (Run Editor or Run Test) the popup blocker of Firefox does not work. It only works if you are using the keyboard shortcut (Cmd+R). I suspect it has something to do with the overlay we show when opening the Test menu via mouse click.
Steps:
1. Make sure the popup blocker is activated
2. Open and run the given test via keyboard shortcut "Cmd+R"
3. Run the given test via "Tools | Run Test" or "Tools | Run Editor"
As you can see the popups are getting blocked when starting the test via the keyboard shortcut but they are opened when using the way described in step 3.

We have dropped support for the Mozmill IDE in the upcoming Mozmill 2.0 release. Therefore it finally has been removed from the extension by bug 791625. Closing the bug as WONTFIX.
