Details
When in full screen mode, hovering over the tab strip scrolls from the first tab to the focused one.
STR:
1) Open gmail in the first tab
2) Open 25 tabs
3) Focus the third from the last tab
3) Hit F11 to go into full screen mode
4) Hover over the area to get the toolbars to show (keep eye beginning of tab strip area)
5) Notice tab strip scrolling

Do you mean the little movement which happens? A screencast would be helpful when you find some time.
When I filed this it wasn't a little bit of movement but the tab strip actually scrolling through all 25 tabs. I'm not sure what is going on now but I will try and get a screencast tonight when I get home.
