Instead a start page is opened. Open a Firefox window with several tabs 2. Start any download big enough to last for a time 3. Close all Firefox windows expect 'Downloads' one 4. Start Firefox again Actual Results: No tabs are restored. Expected Results: Tabs should be restored via standard Session Restore function.
