A bunch of these assertions were added in http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/b4b7eb4407c3 (bug 478614). I think I've hit most of them.
This particular testcase triggers:
###!!! ASSERTION: The computed inner margin is auto?: 'NS_AUTOMARGIN != aInnerMargin.right', file /Users/jruderman/central/layout/tables/nsTableOuterFrame.cpp, line 890
Do you hit those asserts with less pathological (style="min-width: 4611686018427388000px) test cases. This would concern me.

Nope, all the testcases have pathological widths, margins, etc.
