User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090721 Minefield/3.6a1pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090721 Minefield/3.6a1pre The tab search view gets stuck on screen. One must close the frontmost browser window to get rid of it. The rest of the browser continues to function i.e. it is not hung. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set browser.allTabs.previews and browser.ctrlTab.previews to true in about:config (cf. bug 465076) 2. Depress control. Keeping it depressed, press and release tab, then press and release 'a'. This summons the tab search widget, as expected. 3. Click the close box (white X icon) in the upper right corner. Actual Results: The tab search widget becomes unresponsive but remains on screen. It appears anchored to the window, and moves with the window if you drag it. It disappears if you close the browser window which was frontmost when the widget was opened. Expected Results: The widget should disappear.
This sounds like bug 469774.

Re-duping to bug 505749 since it is another problem on OS X and bug 505749 has a bit more information meanwhile.
Aaron, just to make sure you still see the whole All Tabs panel after clicking any of the elements in the panel and nothing reacts after the first click?
Henrik, the description you give is correct. This is IMHO correctly marked as a duplicate of bug 505749. The symptoms of bug 469774 are different.
Thanks Aaron!
