It's important to use the standard GUI in Windows Vista to make it easier for users. The dialogue boxes in Firefox look nothing like the standard ones in Vista.
Reproducible: Always

Is this in addition to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/3.7_Windows_Theme_Mockups or part of them?

It would be in addition to them.

Can you provide a screenshot showing what we should be doing? I think we are using the system icons (we at least have the capability).

I made an mock-up example of how a dialogue box would appear. Excuse the bad quality of the image.

The MSDN guidelines say that the question mark icon should only be used for help entry points and "not for asking questions". This is why there is no icon in my example image.

Josh, can you download the latest Firefox 4 beta build and tell us explicitly which dialogs you think are wrong and what is wrong with them? Otherwise, I think this but is "incomplete" and should be resolved as such.

I was really referring to all dialogue boxes in general. I was very unfamiliar with bugzilla when I first filed this bug, and it really should be marked as a theme bug, so it would involve just tweaking the CSS.
What I should have said in comment 0 is this:
- The background colour should be white
- The bar containing the buttons should be right aligned and grey.

- The bar containing the buttons should have a darker border at the top
- The size for the buttons is too big vertically (default is 23px, ours are 26px)
- The dialog's width is too large
