Details
Hi,
if I have a named anchor, and a link to it, both in the same block which
is positioned fix with overflow: scroll, pressing on the link does nothing.
I would expect the block to scroll to the named anchor instead.
(More difficult: what should happen if the named anchor is in a different part
of the document?)
Thanks,
Marcus

Agree so Marking this bug as a dup of bug 8927 (Link to anchor will not scroll

Netscape's standard compliance QA team reorganised itself once again, so taking
remaining non-tables style bugs. Sorry about the spam. I tried to get this done
directly at the database level, but apparently that is "not easy because of the
shadow db", "plus it screws up the audit trail", so no can do...
